Adidas Training Camps

My husband is training for FLM and I am training for the Bath half. We think it would be a good idea to go on one of the Trailplus Adidas training camps but I'd like to know what sort of standard you need to be. Has anyone been on one? What was it like? I'm a 10 min miler and am a bit out of condition at the moment as I've been injured recently. Would I be okay there?

better double check, but i think you only need to be running and the will to train.

The RW/Adidas camps organised by Trailplus cater for all abilities. They're mainly aimed at Marathon training but the knowledge gained by going will benefit all runners
