Garmin 220 Pace Alerts
Got me a new 220 today. So far I like it. Lightweight, quick to get satellites, easy to use.
I'm intrigued by the pace function. This vibrates or beeps when your pace is above or below a level you can set. On the face of it this sounds useful. Just wondering if anyone here finds this helpful?

I found it more annoying than useful initially as I used it on the heart rate zones and it was beeping constantly when i worked harder than planned. I suppose it depends what your after and its easy to alter. I do love the watch and all the other features. Enjoy
