With any success. I have used the P&D 18 week 70 miles for the last two years at London 2013 and 2014 with a time of 3:06 and 3:11.
I gave London a miss this year wanted a bit of a rest, lost a bit of fitness and mojo. But now back up to around 45 miles a week and would like to try another plan with maybe some core work and kettle bell work for strengthen my upper and lower body.What do you guys think? Any feedback would be much appreciated thanks.

OK so quite a few of you have had a look at the plan now, what's your thoughts regarding the Threshold runs Marathon paced runs and core work do you think there's to much of it doing it every week or not? Does anybody out there do a similar workout? Would appreciate your feedback thanks.
