Hi! I am looking for off-road traisl, tracks and bridlepaths where I can run between 3 and 10 miles in either the Nuneaton area or South-West Birmingham. Any suggestions???

Buy yourself an OS map of the area and take it from there

You can't beat buying (or borrowing) a 1:25000 map and exploring.
Having said that, The Lickey Hills (SW Brum) and Sutton Park are both good off road running areas.
