Can any one give me advice on the use of an eliptical trainer. I have just bought one and have used it a few times doing between 5 and 10 miles on it. How does the use of one equate to running and what kind of sessions should I do on it combined with running.
I am trying to loose an excess 4 stone at the moment so trying to combine running, swimming and the trainer with a weight watchers diet (which isn't going too well).
All advice will be gratefully accepted.
