Birmingham Half Marathons in the 1980s

The Brum Fun Run made its bow in late September or October, 1981, starting and finishing at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground. There were at least 5 of these, each one from the cricket ground. 

Birmingham also hosted the Pearl Assurance AAA Half Marathon Championships in 1984 & 1985, with the 1984 event starting and finishing on Colmore Row in the City Centre. I have a 4 page Sports Argus pull out of all finishers in the 1984 event, which was run on Sunday, July 8th and shown live on ITV. I even have the Live video recording of it. The following year it was held on Aug 11th, with just highlights on ITV, and started on Broad Street and finished on Moat Lane.

I stopped running altogether after the 1985 Brum Fun Run, and only started again in 2013. However, I was hoping someone might be able to tell me where where I might find a list of finishers and times for the following Half Marathon events held in Birmingham during that decade, as there is very little info online. I know most of these actual dates, because I wrote them down in an old diary, but not my times, unfortunately. Any memories or info on these runs would be much appreciated.

1981, Sept or Oct: Inaugural Brum Fun Run

1984, Oct 7th: 2nd Brum Peace Run 
1984, Oct 28th: 4th Brum Fun Run

1985, Aug 11th: Pearl Assurance AAA Half Marathon
1985, Oct 27th: 5th Brum Fun Run.
