I ran 3:31:30 in 2012 what do you think a realistic goal is for next year going to follow P&D training again ???

Very roughly - I'd assume a similar time unless there are mitigating factors ?
Race a half and base your Mara time on that when you have done some training.

I don't think you are allowed to use a boat, you have to use your feet
We don't know if you've blobbed up since 2012.
We don't know if you're prepared to double your miles compared to 2012.
IF you do about the same training - then you'll get roughly similar results - all other things being equal.
If you're running 6 x 5 miles a week I think you need to vary your workouts and read up on training for your marathon. Good luck with it.
