Really enjoying my runs at the moment. I'm feeling just about as good as I can remember feeling and looking forward to racing on Sunday to see just how much improvement there's been since my last 10K a month ago.
I have scores to settle with a couple of people who came in ahead of me last time so maybe Sunday will be my day )

25 laps of a 10k can be mentally tough, 40 laps can only be worse! Good luck
On Weds night I did 1 mile wu, then 3 x 5k with 1 lap jog recovery between each then wd to take it up to 12 miles (48 laps).
Getting to know the view pretty well by now
I'd love to do a track 10k one day. The vets have told me how they used to have a track 10 miler as well. I'm trying to get them to bring it back.
