Edinburgh Runners

Every time I go out training (4-5 times a week...mostly!) I pass, or get passed by, runners putting themselves through their paces, invariably alone. I love running alone but wouldn't mind teaming up with anyone for long, tempo or relaxed runs if possible. My best 1/2 time is 1:55 which I want to reduce to 1:45 one day...I've applied for London so now more than ever is the time when I need motivated!
