Injury

I'm training for a spring marathon, quite an experienced runner and was aiming for a PB of sub 3.15. 

I've not been able to run for 10 days due to injury, I'm cross training but I know its not the same. Up to the injury I was doing OK and up to 16 miles.

How long recovery time do I have before I start having to re-evaluate my goals?
