Is your cold lingering? Hope you perk up soon and have a great run.
Sounds like people are on the move now. Hope to see you before during or after race. I'm arriving too late for the pasta lounge, but will keep an eye open for forum types at the post race party!
Beetle - I'll look out for your St albans vest - thanks.
Sorry to hear that you might not make it Sim I know what it feels like last year 3 weeks before an Australian Marathon I tore a quad mussel and even up the day before I thought I would miss out but I gave it a go and have no regrets even with a slower time. Anyhow I have just done my last 30 min run,I think that will be it until Sun ,I will be wearing a small England flag on my vest ,lookforward to meeting some of you, Good luck to everyone
What a day. If I'm very lucky I might do a faster race one day, but never a better one

fabulous event - never enjoyed a marathon as much - or at least for so long before it got painful. bit of a cramped start though, i was in pen e and i didn't feel i could get a clear run until 10k at least. still, i'm not moaning because i got a healthy negative split which is opposite to the way i normally run a marathon. did everyone else who did this feel as positive abput it or is it just me?
My first ever marathon and it was fantastic! Are they all like this? I enjoyed every km and can't wait to do another one. 18 weeks of training really paid off.
Wow - some very impressive times! Well done to you. I am not in the same class but was very chuffed with my 3'37 PB after a 4'14 last year in NYC. It was a great weekend, my only problem was how to carry enough tea, chocolates and free drinks at the end )
Nick, ditto for me mate - 3:37 also!Knocked 14 mins off my london time in april, and had a cracking weekend so am chuffed to bits, if more than a little achey!

FG: I`m running in a yellow vest with a blue hoop (St Albans).
Saying that, I will probably be 'driveling' anyway by the end...
)
Am (hopefully) leaving with hubby tomorrow morning at 8.55 from Heathrow.
Not sure when we'll be at Expo.
Will try and come to breakfast run.
Enjoy your pasta party!
Take care
Good luck to you all!

Berlin is really something else!
It's quite extraordinary because of
the size,
the perfect organisation and
super support from the 1 mio. spectators.
***** 5 stars to Berlin!
