2.03.20 which considering I did not train for 2.5 weeks prior due to a bad back and the course was hilly-I was happy with-even tho it was my slowest 1/2 to date

Legless - I think you've got to remember that 16 you did and be encouraged by it. Try and run in Dub just a little slower. You'll get tons of adrenalin from the crowd and just being in the race, it's amazing what a difference that can make.

The last part of the race takes us through a residential area and then down through the city centre - the crowds should be great and I'm really looking forward to it - going to be a real buzz at the end!
