the 100 mile world record on a treadmill has been beaten (for the MEN and women) by a french lady Edit Berces on her way to beat the womens 24 hour world teadmill record ( actually just over 100 miles) so well on her way. see her progress on

Isn't it funny the flurry of 24 hour treadmill records there've been recently.

andy held the 100 mile and 24 hour world record for the treadmill for a few months, 134 miles or so, before the big boys decided to take it on. just read that Edit Berces has actually beaten the mens 24 hour treadmill world record, 153.44 miles, well done ladies! seems that the ladies are making their mark in ultra running!!
