I remember there being something on here a while back about websites that sell the tablets that are good for flexible joints (the brand name Jointace is the only name I know it by).

Anyone know the web addresses of sites that sell this stuff at a reasonable price? I'm getting a bit fed up of being ripped off by Boots!

FS Glucosamine, fantastic stuff I swear by it. I'll ask my dad tomorrow cos he gets it for me at a really good price. Think he got it through saga magazine. Dont buy it from the health shops as they are a ripoff honestly. Sorry if this makes no sense either, tired as well, but I'll find out for you. I know he got me a years supply for next to nothing. I will go on the hunt for you :0)

I got my first lot through Saga and now get loads of junk mail re stairlifts and stuff.

I wouldn't mind - but I hope not to have to use one for another 30 years or more! I've used Zipvit too and they're even cheaper.

Get mine from ZipVit, £13 for a years supply of 1500 mg. whacking great horse tablets they are, after 6 months training I have mastered swallowing them!

Have no problems taking the horse size tablets though so must have a big gob :-O

Joby - I started to notice the effects after 6 weeks or so. First signs were quicker recovery and little/no joint ache after a marathon.

Similar to shades, except I get mine from health express, £11.99 for a years supply of 1000mg tablets. Best supplement I have ever used.
Running 90 - 100 miles a week at moment, no problems. Waste no time, buy some.
