Rat race coast to coast transfer to nairn

We have entered this event and just found out that we need to get ourselves from glencoe to nairn on Friday 9th September and drop bikes at first transition BUT transfers have sold out. Is anyone else in a similar position and could advise us how to sort this out....it's our first adventure race and the organisation of it seems a bit daunting!! Ta v much
