Cross Duo 2017

Hi all,

I'm beginning to plan out next years races and would like to try some cross duathlons. Can anyone recommend any (particularly north east and borders)? Also if any one knows of any longer duathlons (a lot seem quite short but then I come from a mountain marathon/fell background)..,
