That was a nasty tumble blisters....take strength that a few on here have had some horrendous injuries from crashes and over time were up racing for more medals....rest and recovery is what you need now...xxx
Heal well, make sure you're not still slightly broken when you get back out there, but get back out there as soon as you can. Hopefully apart from some lost fitness all will be well, fingers crossed you don't get a psychological block when repeating the whatever it was you did just before the accident, if so, try and stick with it, albeit slower until the confidence returns, which it should do, bit by bit.
Have you got a race entry to aim for? if not maybe sign up for something to push you along a little.

Rest & recover, at least it's off season and no upcoming races !

Like Seren has said, some folks on here have had really bad crashes, with really bad breaks but have come back and are still out there doing IM's
