Swim Training

Hi Guys 

Thinking of entering a 70.3 next year.  The wife and I can swim but would like to be better at it.  Any recommendations on a days course that will give you tips and advice so we can go away and practice.  We do not mind travelling and are from Hampshire.

Any suggestions?

I'm loving the swim smooth book (as recommended by this lot). Interesting that they do coaching days... will look that up.

Does your council not deliver adult swim lessons? These aren't just for beginners, the new ASA framework for adults is really quite good.

also, have a look at swimFit sessions. These are usually delivered by coaches who can help with technique.

Another option is to go along to your local tri club swim sessions. But I'll give another shout in favour of Swim Smooth. Even just using the book helped me.
