Pain!!

Hi All

Just wondered if anyone else has come across this before, I have developed a pain in my ankle that seems to travel up my leg to around the top of the calf muscle area.

It dosent hurt much when I run on it but after a couple of hours it is really quite painful - any ideas what it might be?
