So, this year the feedstation will be short of the infamous Flatfooted!!! Sad but true 
In respect of this tragic occurrence (he's competing) the aim is to go with fancy dress. As Pirates of course!!! Even if it's a hat, eye patch and sword please make an effort! The pics will be fab

Hey guys - thanks for all helping out at the Outlaw, I'm taking part this year so it really is massively appreciated!

I've got a question for those that have done it before - is the bike course as quick as people say it is? I can see it hasn't got a great deal of elevation - I did the half a couple of years back and that seemed reasonably quick...

yep... first half particularly so.... the third loop (second time round the first loop) is a bit slower, but its still a fast course.

Yep - dressing up is about our not-quite-yet-teenager's least favourite thing. Actually, that's a lie. Spending a day without his phone would be his least favourite thing. Dressing up comes pretty close, though!

So for us adults it's a highlight and could be made even better by forcing the teenagers to join us... lesson in if you can't beat them join them or stick out like a sore thumb?
