HELP - jubilant January

Hi Folks,

I am trying to join the jubilant January challenge on Runhub. It says to click on the 'join' link but I cannot see any join link.

When it says I have to be registered member, does that mean I need to have a magazine subscription or is the fact that I am a member on this site sufficient?
