It's 3 hours, but it doesn't look like they're going to be super-strict about it because it's not prominently displayed on their website, just buried in the rules, which just say that after the sweeper car has gone past, you have to stick to the highway code (i.e run on the pavement, I imagine).
Edit: the last runner with a recorded time last year took nearly 5 hours, so you'll be okay unless you think you'll take longer than that...?
