Running to deal with issues

I'm Max and I'm a film student from Bristol. I've been an avid runner for a few years and started running races last year, but I've always used running as a way to process problems in my life. Be they stress, relationships or health concerns.

I would like to make a short documentary on this topic as it's something that I think is really important and affects more people than most people realise. For this I would like to talk to other people about their stories about running and to perhaps interview them for the film.
