Not feeling as bad as I thought I might this morning for which I am very grateful. Could probably stumble round a mile or two but it's not going to have any training benefit and would probably not help proper recovery so I shall content myself with Grace's walks as far as exercise is concerned. Fortunately for my weight my coffee and cake friend is unavailable today.

Yesterday was moderately hard in the end: 6 at lunchtime up to Greenwich Observatory (nice hill), evening was 7 around the village, including 5x800s at around MP to break the monotony.

Not quite as good as I thought - first thing one of the ladies I see out regularly dog walking said to me this morning was 'are you limping?'. Will need to be sensible.
