just bought this bra for running. Just doesn't feel right though. Got band on last hook 32 but 30 is a bit tight. Back clasp seems pointless? I feel the shoulder straps just do not do much. I have them on the very tightest fitting. But I don't feel snug. Any advice?

I have several of these and love them but they don't suit everyone.  Return it and go for something which feels more secure.

Have you been measured?  Sounds like perhaps you have too large a cup size for what you are trying to fill.  I have lost weight recently and have gone down a cup size, as I was starting to feel the way you describe, whereas previously the back clasp helped pull the puppies in.
