Nose Bleed when running
yesterday 1km into a 15km run my nose started bleeding. I carried on and by the time I got home the bleeding had stopped. I went out today and the same thing happened at around the same time. Today I turned back. As soon as I got home and stopped running the bleeding stopped. Has anyone else had this. I tried to get to see the doctor but the first appointment I could get was 9th March!!
