    Afternoon!

Sorry you are not 100% on your birthday, Wabo; enjoy it nevertheless.

Hope you are quickly better, also, WP.

What: 31 minutes, recovery run/leg loosener.

Why: that's how long a particular course took today. About a third on the road. Windy, but managed to run between showers. Legs are tired, but that's fine! I probably over did things marginally earlier in the week, but that is also fine...as long as there is no injury, which I'm sure there won't be. Must do something quicker tomorrow.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
  • Hope you've had a Happy Birthday Wabo.

Enjoy Lk and the Lakes OH.

Hope you have fun with your last blast for a little while SC.

    Get well soon Poppy.

Doesn't sound like injury Alehouse so hopefully it's adaptation.

    Where are you racing Dustin?

I just about managed to avoid the ran on my run this morning and today it only took four miles for the legs to decide to play - progress:-) Just hoping the forecast wind doesn't manifest at Ashby or I'm even less likely to have the confidence giving run I was hoping for.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

If the wind is a factor on Sunday you will have to revise your hopes, LMH! I have every confidence that everything will come right in London: lots in the bank and the last few weeks have just been a minor hiccup! Positive thoughts please!

Weather is currently foul and is supposed to stay that way until Tuesday around here! May have to revise my intentions regarding speed work tomorrow.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Dose of sensibility and resting. Weather turned foul. Hope it and I perk up for tomorrow.
  • I know Alehouse - it's just a shame because it's not about the 'race' as in where I place but the time and how I feel.

Sounds sensible SC. Hope you bounce out of bed in the morning:-)
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.
