Much better this morning. An going to try and jog round parkrun. If I feel bad at all I'll stop immediately. Not dizzy on standing but exercise may bring it on but I don't know till I try. No nausea for 36 hours, no headache since last night just a bit of a fuzzy head.
Getting a lift there, if I wasn't, I wouldn't go but I don't know her contact details... Can always volunteer if I feel I can't run.

Jnr over for the weekend so off to parkrun in Swindon, 18th for him sub 20 and 23 for me in 20:37, so a swindon PB for me :-) 5.25m for the day
