Tuesday 11th April 2017 Well everybody knows down Ladbrook Grove

Morning!

Lyrics: Well everybody knows down Ladbrook Grove

Yesterday's lyrics were "Rosie, oh Rosie", Don Partridge. Nearest I could think of to Justin Rose! Don Partridge was a one man band, getting high in the charts in 1968.

What: something short

Why: plane to catch later for a few days in France, as per usual at this time of year.

And there is a clue to today's lyrics somewhere in the above!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Progression
  • Hello.

Hope you'v had a good day one OH.

Uhoh SC - you need to move nearer! I'd enjoy the company.

I have a very nice Specialized Vita Wabo (shame it's sat in the garage for the last two years).

Good to see you back to the longer stuff Poppy.

Will you join in the session too Dustin?

    Have a nice break Alehouse.

    What:             short and easy
    Why:              work/taper
Last hard:      tapering/losing the weekend's excess weight
    Last rest:       25/2

    Lyrics - familiar.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

I am surprised at the lack of durability of these youngsters. One is mid 30's and an ex international kayaker so whilst top half and core are strong his bottom half isn't really built for running and he doesn't do heat. Another is late 20's and just keeps damaging his achilles/calves. Given by sedentary pace I am quite amazed. the gazelle, on the other hand, has boundless energy and just gets bored!
  • Found the only dry hour to fit in my usual 5k loop
