Advice on where to run in Agadir / Morocco

My 24 year old niece is going on holiday to Agadir next week. She needs to do some running as she has a half marathon at the end of May and as a relatively inexperienced runner has not done very much training!!! Can anyone advise on safe places / environments for a young woman to run? 

And what about clothing - are 3/4 leggings and a t-shirt ok?

Looks like along the front is the most popular place - not surprisingly.
