How long do I have to wait before I can change it or have I missed something.

I suspect no-one knows.  Like most things since the changeover, there has been no communication from RW Towers, so we are all guessing.  Mine seemed to transfer from the old site, others didn't.  It's all a mystery.

I'd suggest just keep trying and maybe one day it'll work......
