Hi,
I've recently bought new running shoes. From Kinvara 5s to Nike Green RN Distance so both neutral with a 4mm drop and well cushioned.
However I have got pain in one of my knees, I've only used them for 2 runs but the first one was an interval session so pushing pretty hard. I think that was my mistake.
I'm a little nervous to wear them now though, should I be? Should I rest it a week and then try again but maybe on the long run or the tempo run of the week?
