    Lyrics: no

    What: easy run this evening

Why: work gets in the way

Bah, not for me. Hope LMH has more luck.

I have a grade 2 adductor strain. We did lots of tests and there's definitely a loss of mobility/strength on the left side. So that's me out for a few weeks then. Bugger. Taped up again and advice is as little movement as possible. Next appointment is May 17 - I am hopeful to get the all clear to at least swim with a pull buoy next week and perhaps do some upper body work in the gym.

I've yet to try both recipes, LMH. Enjoy the nutter butter ones. Plan was to bake some tomorrow but seeing it's my uncle's funeral I may not be in a mood for baking.

    I know the lyrics :)

Unfortunately the scales don't agree with you Poppy.

Sorry to hear your physio news and about your uncle chicksta. I've made an experimental peanut butter sponge cake today to use up the excess filling from the cookies (I'll only make half of it in future) haven't tried it yet but will let you know how it turns out.

Sounds as though you need to make that appointment Wabo.

    Thanks SC.

    All sounds good OL!

Not again, RFJ! Had falling very much in mind this evening!

    What: 5.8k, mainly off road

Why: L66 phoned and asked for a run. Wanted to get back on the horse, so to speak, following Sunday's fall. Ended up being her best run since early January.

Sorry to hear your news, Chick, and Emz.
