Tuesday 16th May 2017 - Drift away let tomorrow have today

Morning.

Lyrics - Drift away let tomorrow have today

Hope you're ok OH.

Time for an asthma review emzap?

The categories were LV35; LV45; LV55 Alehouse. Chris (the club chairman) knows me quite well. Like most of the clubs round here they are more about fun and friendship than competition.

Breezy here this morning with the rain due to come in later. Where is the better weather?

What:            whatever I feel like
Why:             running for sanity and cake
Last hard:     making the decision not to run Yeovil (especially as my physio thinks I could do 2.55 there)
Last rest:      29/4

Yesterday's lyrics - Hard Habit To Break by Chicago.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

Lmh as it was cloudy, I didn't take my inhaler before the session. It only comes on when I do hard sessions and only when the pollen is high. Think I was just a bit optimistic!

Last hard: this morning, legs were heavy after last night

    Hi all

Stray - the Swindon Half has not been run for the last 2 years but is back with a new course, without many of the big hills that were there before, so is expected to be a good course.

first hard session of the plan tonight... 4 x 5mins at threshold pace (5.81m in total)

Sat in front of the TV for the play of semi final - COYW

Good news RFJ...I still have flashbacks to first time and the shock as the town is so flat! OH I'd love to do CW but beyond me now, sadly. Chicksta, nice to see progress. Joining emz on warm weather training from tomorrow :-). Managed seven hilly miles today on my own in the cold, wet wind. Probably overdid it just a little so will rest day tomorrow. OS is a bit crocked so will have to guide him round Liverpool gently. So much for a sub 1.40. Don't make them like us anymore. Hee.
