Nike Pegasus 33 - alternatives

I had the 32s and loved them.

 

The 33s have a very odd difference between left and right – it feels like there is a lump in the left sole where the right feels normal. I thought I was going mad but have seen online that there are other people with a similar problem, now having not run for about 10 days after a pulled muscle, I put them on this morning and realise I want to make a change for my next purchase.

 

 

I see that one alternative is Adidas Supernova which I am thinking about.

 

 

 

Has anyone else struggled with the 33s? got any suggestions for something similar?

I had exactly the same problem with my 33's. Only in my right foot, and after a few miles. I bought two pairs, so now just use these for shorter runs.

It's a real shame, I have some Asics (cant remember which) for longer runs this year and they are OK but I miss my 32s, I could use them for 5k-Marathon.

Do you know what would be a good alternative? What other shoes do you have (assuming you like the weight etc of the pegasus)?

Nike Pegasus 34s are out in June and they will be an improvement upon the Peg 33s.
