Training plans

Hi all. Regular triathlete here. Whilst the whole internet seems to be full of training plans for runners I was just enquiring whether anyone could recommend one for improving stamina. I currently run a 10k in about 58 mins and my best HM was 2:06 last year. Unfortunately I had a really bad ankle injury last October which totally hampered my winter running schedule, although I did use the latter part of the break to really improve my bike and swim times.

I don't necessarily feel unfit from a CV perspective, but my legs tend to let me down. I'd really like a training programme that I could work on to get my level down to a 25m 5k, or a 55 minute 10k initially - ideally that I could sync with my Garmin to track progress. Any recommends?

Not really looking for a "just go run more hills" reply, but perhaps something a bit more structured over a number of weeks / months.

Many thanks in advance.
