London Marathon - Good for Age - Question
Hi,
I have secured a GFA place in the London Marathon next year. It will be my second marathon. My last time was 2:56.
Does anyone know if you can defer a GFA entry if needed?
I am also looking for someone to run a sub 2:50 with on the day - someone experienced to pace me. I was wondering if anyone here will be going for around a 2:49 marathon who would be willing to help?

Yes, you can defer.
As for pacing, you're better off asking much nearer the time - your target may have moved by then as well. There'll be plenty in the fast GFA pen looking for 2:50, and more looking for sub 2:45.
