LMH yes it was not nice weather for a session like that. Was meant to be 10x300 (100 recovery), then 400, 600, 400, 600 with 400 recovery. Just couldn't persuade legs, especially after Sunday. However, did keep a steady pace for the efforts, better to do fewer at quality.
Ale will try and remember to listen, lots of meetings today though. Your day of rest sounds rather like a day of work!
