Retching....

Never actually being sick, but just dry retching. It's something I can't seem to shake off when I push myself, and it almost stops me sometimes from pushing myself too hard in fear of it happening.

I can feel it getting closer to happening, like my throat is closing a bit, the dangly bit at the back of the mouth feels more prominent and then i have no choice but to stop and retch for a few minutes, then it goes away and im good to run again!

A quick search on the forum shows others have it, but is there any way round it? Is it just the fitter I get, the later it'll happen?
