Tenderness in front of heel & bottom of foot ?

I believe this could be attributed to Plantar fasciitis? Apart from I've researched = Fix: Roll a frozen water bottle under your foot to massage and ice the injury. To stretch, place your injured foot across your knee. Now pull your toes upward, toward your shin, until you feel a gentle stretch in your arch. Hold for a count of 10. Repeat three times daily. Any other ideas please?

  • PS. The injury relates to my partner. Wears Salomon Booster GTX Ladies Walking Shoes for walking and Asics Gel Nimbus for running. Also spends a great deal of time stood up when working.
