Debating a December marathon, possibly trail (Coastal Trail) but as yet undecided.

Doesn't sound like much fun Poppy.
It's good to hear that Giselle had a nice birthday Wabo. Enjoy whatever you're going to the O2 to see and have a god running weekend.

LMH, Mickey Flanagan, can't wait!
SC, all sounds positive!
Shocked to hear that there was another attack on the tube
Hope everyone on here and their loved ones are OK.
I bet your house smells yum, LMH . Your sluggishness is probably just typical taper madness.
Enjoy the O2, wabo.
Good news, SC and ale.
Glad you're feeling better, poppy.
Dustin: those races sound like there's a lot of mud is coming your way
I was put on the naughty step yesterday by my osteo... But I was really good today Only an hour in the pool. No running today. Osteo suggested I alternate treadmill (or road) running with pool running if I feel the urge. I may try that. Have never checked this out before. I sort of prefer pool swimming. But I'm going to get myself on of these floaty belt thingies and have a go. Apparently pool running is really good to improve your running posture.
What: swim
Why: naughty step
last hard: naughty step
last rest: 5/8
lyrics: no

Going to up the walking a little over the weekend and perhaps back off everything else. Don't want too many variables in the rehab equation!
Hope the weather is good for your walking Alehouse - I was soaked through on this afternoon's dog walk.
