What - 20.3 miles early doors, first run as V51!
Why - last long run with one of the guys I coach before Bournemouth. His first marathon, 4hrs would be ideal. Bit too brisk this morning at just over MP, but a good confidence booster with 3 weeks to go

Bit of gardening, cupboard clearing and out for food later.
