hi all,
I'm about to start training for my second marathon however when I ran one last year I became quite underweight. I have a tendency to lose weight easily despite eating a full diet (even just being stressed can cause weight to fall off of me)
i am really keen to prevent this during training this time, does anyone have any advice to avoid weight during distance training? both food and lifestyle (possible gym training which might work etc) would be massively appreciated

you can perhaps pop to the gym for 30mins everyday and do the gym junkie thing of lifting the heaviest weights you can, just a few times, to build/maintain bulk. that with a lot of protein will help you keep some weight on. that extra muscle will slow you down on the run though
