    Hello 40 - where have you been? The forums did undergo a bit of a revamp a while ago now but I haven't heard rumours of a potential demise (though I don't do FB).

    Hope you get your time back at lunchtime chicksta.

    Ashby 20 entries opened last night - and sold out in less than an hour, it's getting silly. P has a place (clearly having a better memory than Mark and I) - we are on the waiting list.

    Last hard:     getting a race entry for something other than London!

    Well done on the 2 year best Wabo
    LmH - that's daft - I don't bother doing races where you have to be poised over the mouse to get an entry, too many other options.

    what - club night, easier effort from me though
    why - routine but post blood donation always hold back
    last rest - 11/9
    last hard - QoP elbow in my thighs yesterday. 
    Mentioned I've been getting inner thigh (aductor) tightness so she did some elbow work there. Not a pleasurable experience and legs feel like they've run a marathon this morning....My own stupid fault.

    Good grief Chicksta...early start indeed. Hope you are still awake to go to the gym. Agree with Dustin LMH, that is mental. Lliswerry 8 sells out every year but in a few days until last year. Someone decided (from the club) to big it up on social media causing chaos. Race oversubscribed and sold out in less than an hour. Hundreds of regulars got no place. Hope they've learned this year and do not repeat.
    Hang in there Wabo, will be worth it in the end. Dustin...ouch but is it worth it?

    Wondered what Wabo was shouting for then remembered. hello forty minutes...nice to see you. Just under 5 @ 8.14 ave, briskest running since July's achilles injury! and no more discomfort than usual. Interesting! AOH it must be bad if you're thinking that it's not inviting!

    Was that your own work of art Wabo?

    Got a boat to Formentara today. Hottest day so far: about 28. Lots of walking, much of it on sand and nearly all off road. Achilles has coped...so far. And I did a short leg press session at the hotel gym.

    Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
