Morning!

Coughing prevents sleep!

Lyrics: Day after day, alone on the hill

There seem to have been lots of hilly races recently!

What: all being well some gym work

Why: chest infection prevents running. Will try to get another appointment at surgery.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Dustin I slept for another 9.5 hours!  Normally sleeping is no trouble for me, I just need a lot of it!  If I can't sleep then something is wrong!

I've always been a crap sleeper. Luckily I get by on very little sleep anyway...

    Take it easy today, Dustin.

I was in bed by 2130hrs, straight off to sleep, woke at 0035hrs convinced it much be nearly time to get up as I felt so wide awake, awake again at 0330hrs and then 0450hrs when I gave up. No idea why but it's getting wearing.

Very cold here this morning, a heavy frost and ice on the puddles but fortunately the pavements were fine to run on. I hope you don't have to resort to the treadie too much Poppy.

You're getting some good miles in chicksta.

    Take it easy today Dustin.

    Any house news emzap?

    Afternoon!

So, visited GP and chest officially not clear. Antibiotics plus steroids...plus moderate exercise is good. Hope to be reporting an improvement in a few days!

    Evening!

All sounds good, OH! The centre of New Zealand sounds intriguing!

Talking of sleep, I did what I never do and fell asleep for this afternoon! Had taken my first dose (double) of antibiotics and suddenly felt awful so had a lie down. Then I woke up a couple of hours later! Will probably mess tonight's sleep up!

Just take the next double dose to knock you out again,  ale :D

Like LMH I go to bed early and wake up in the middle of the night (2am mostly),  unable to go back to sleep.  Or I fall asleep shortly before the alarm goes off.  That's the worst.

OH : Enjoy NZ now that you're finally there.

    Enjoy NZ OH!

Just over 8 km gentle on the roads as I decided I shouldn't push it on the track so went with the road group.

Hope the rest sends you on the road to recovery Ale.

    Have a good evening all.
