We used to have emergency dentists too Alehouse including at the hospital but not anymore it seems, just an emergency care centre which I wasn't bad enough to access. I'm glad you don't need an operation.
What: short and easy Why: P wants to run long tomorrow Last hard: sleeping Last rest: 15/10
Lyrics - yes.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.
Morning all Lyrics yes I know these! Lmh enjoy the short and easy (and chilly?) Chick enjoy Well I spent the evening at a & e with son and giselle, she had a seizure. She's ok now. Second this week tho so it was a worry. Got to bed gone 4 so.... What. Will be what I can manage, mile probably Why I'm shattered Last hard last night Last rest 31/12 Have a good day all
possunt quia posse videntur - we can because we know we can
Alehouse glad you do not need an op! Ooh cleo is going to be starting trampolining soon and gymnastics maybe when a place comes up, was it chick who said about that?

Sorry to hear news Wabo. LMH, hope the pain has eased now. We have no NHS dentists in town so £13pm for dental plan hmm Ale, good news no op required but three injuries for the price of one is just greedy! Funny day yesterday as had unexpected company for brisk 5.56m in 46 mins then off to charity beaujolais nouveau lunch followed by beers :-) It was a good night's sleep What: Something short when I get home Why: Won't have time for much else Last hard: Yesterday's outing with colleague's triathlete partner Last Rest: Wednesday Lyrics: yes today Chicksta: Get out there...you know you want to.
Chick: I'm not sure about the hopping and skipping, certainly at this stage. Donaldo: noticed his name in some results only last weekend, so that looks like some running is going on! Busy being a head teacher I suspect!
Wabo: hope Giselle and family are ok. And you, of course! Get that mile in!
What: physio at 5
Why: MRI scan revealed 3 issues:
- midportion Achilles tendonopathy
- mild Achilles paratenonitis
- plantaris tenosynovitis so we are going to discuss the consultant's view of the way forward! Hope she does it in simple English rather that Latin and Greek.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
Comments

Those medical terms always sound a bit scary ... I very much prefer plain English too. Fingers crossed for you, ale.
wabo: sorry to hear about Giselle.

So yeah, I ran and I think I got away again ...
What: 4 miles
