Fleet half marathon

Hi all. Looking at doing fleet half and aiming for a pb on it. Done some research on it and seems it has good pb potentional. What is the course like? Its descibed as flat but we all know what that means! It is a decent course to try and crack a sub 85? Flat enough etc

Definitely a fast course, but maybe not quite as flat as Wokingham. I've run a couple of pbs there over the years.
