It's been a while since I've been here. I've still run on and off over the years - I sort of swing between exclusively running, mixing running and cycling and exclusively cycling. Anyway I've decided I need a target and the Wilmslow Half is it. I've done it three (possibly four) times before but the last one was in 2004!
Anyway I've entered, done a three mile run (slowly) and dug out a beginner's training schedule.
