Thanks for asking, DR! Running hasn't been going well: fractured back in January, ligament damage in knee in May, constantly managing Achilles and calf niggles...bet you wish you hadn't asked! Only done just over 300k for the year so far and my long run (5k at parkrun) used to be my short! Trying to be ready to train for 2019.
