Help! I've just signed up for a staged ultra, but how do I start training??

Hi everyone,

I've just done something CRAZY and signed up for a 2 day ultra marathon - 60 miles in total over two days. It's the Pony express challenge in the New Forest if anyone has done that?? Anyway, I'm trying to find a training plan online but can't find anything. Can anyone point me in the direction of one? Or if you have any general tips on how I can set up my own plan that would be an amazing help.
I've completed a couple of marathons before (pb 3 hrs 50 mins), and quite a few halves (pb 1:38), but a two day trial ultra is a completely new challenge!

    Do an ultra is all mental and maintenance of the body. You'll hit lows during the two days, but power through and you'll hit the high of finishing! If you've completed marathons, you have it in the legs, just get used to longer slower runs and eating while running (nutrition is very important!)
